Fitness Pilates.

Focusing on the alignment of your body and technique, fitness pilates is an all-in-one full-body workout. Layering exercises and using our different props to help you burn whilst maintaining a mind and body connection. Range of motion, mobility and strength will be worked within each class, allowing you to walk away feeling energised and strong! We welcome all levels to our classes.

Fitness Pilates classes are held with Remedial Therapist Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn has 8+ years of experience working with the body, and 5+ years of doing pilates herself. After suffering a lower back injury, Kaitlyn found pilates and saw the extensive benefits it had. Finding a passion fast, she decided to upskill and become a Pilates instructor herself.
